Privacy Policy

Funded Group ("Funded Group," "we," "us") Effective date: October 7, 2026 | Last updated: October 7, 2026 Contact: Chris@fundedgroup.com This policy explains what personal information we collect on fundedgroup.com, our sales and signup pages, and our intake form, and how we use it. It also explains how we handle information that people submit through the websites we build and host for our customers.

1. Who this policy covers

  • Visitors and prospects of Funded Group's own pages (sales page, checkout, intake form).
  • Customers (local businesses that subscribe to our website and lead service).
  • People who contact a customer's business through a website we host (for example, someone who fills in a "Request a Quote" form on a plumber's site). For that data, the customer decides why the data is collected and we act as their service provider. Each customer site shows its own privacy policy. This policy describes how we handle that data on the customer's behalf.

2. Information we collect

You give us:

  • Name, email address, phone number, business name, business address, and service area.
  • Business details for your website: hours, services, license and insurance information, photos, logo, and customer reviews you choose to provide.
  • Billing details. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store full card numbers.
  • Messages you send us by form, email, or website chat.
  • For quote forms on customer sites: name, phone, email, the service requested, and a description of the problem.

Collected automatically:

  • Device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location from the IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
  • A bot-check result from Cloudflare when you submit a form.

We do not knowingly collect: Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or precise geolocation. Please do not put these in a form or chat message.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, build, host, and support the service, including sending lead alerts and follow-up emails.
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To respond to messages and requests.
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising, including measuring whether our ads lead to signups.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.
  • To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use information from customer quote forms for our own marketing.

4. Email and text messages

Our alerts and follow-ups are sent by email and app notification. We do not send marketing text messages. If we ever add text messaging, we will ask for your clear opt-in first, and mobile numbers and opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for their marketing. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email. Service emails (billing, account, lead alerts you asked for) will continue while you have an account.

5. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the service:

  • Service providers (subprocessors): GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (customer records, forms, workflows, email, website hosting, chat); Stripe and our payment link provider (payments); Cloudflare (bot protection and network security); Google (email delivery for some accounts, Google Business Profile links, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, if enabled); Meta (Pixel and Conversions API measurement, if enabled).
  • The customer whose website you used. A quote request goes to that business.
  • Legal and safety reasons, such as a subpoena, to protect rights, or to prevent fraud.
  • Business transfers, such as a merger or sale, with notice where required.

Providers may use the information only to provide services to us, under written terms.

6. Cookies, pixels, and advertising

We and our providers use cookies and similar tools for site function, analytics, and advertising measurement. This may include the Meta Pixel, Google tags, and similar tags. These tools may collect page views, button clicks, form submissions, and hashed identifiers such as an email address, and may share them with Meta or Google so we can measure and optimize ads. You can control this: use your browser's cookie settings, a browser privacy extension, "Limit Ad Tracking" settings on your device, Meta's Ad Preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences, or Google's Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law. We do not use health, financial, or other sensitive information to target ads.

7. Artificial intelligence

We use AI tools to help build and write website content, to power website chat, and to help draft and organize business content. For you to know:

  • Content you provide (business details, job descriptions, reviews) may be processed by AI services to generate website pages, titles, and descriptions. We provide only what is needed for that task.
  • AI chat on a website tells you when you are talking to an automated assistant. Do not share sensitive information in chat. Chat messages are saved in the customer's inbox.
  • Training: we do not allow our AI providers to use your submitted personal information to train their general models where we can control that setting. We cannot control every third-party provider's terms.
  • Accuracy: AI-generated content can contain errors. A person on our team reviews customer sites before launch, but customers are responsible for confirming their site is accurate.
  • No automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you are made using your personal information.

8. How long we keep information

  • Account and billing records: while you have an account, then as long as required for tax and legal purposes (generally up to 7 years).
  • Customer lead and chat data: while the customer's account is active, and for up to 90 days after cancellation unless the customer asks for earlier deletion or export.
  • Website analytics data: up to 26 months.
  • Backups are overwritten on a regular cycle.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Minnesota, and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to: know what we collect, access a copy, correct it, delete it, opt out of targeted advertising or sale/sharing, and not be treated unfairly for using these rights. You can also appeal a refusal. To use these rights, email Chris@fundedgroup.com with the subject "Privacy Request" and your name and contact details. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days (extendable once where the law allows). Data deletion instructions: email Chris@fundedgroup.com with the subject "Delete My Data." We will delete or de-identify your data from our systems within 30 days, except records we must keep by law. If your information was submitted through a customer's website, we will forward your request to that business. If you are a customer's website visitor, you may also contact that business directly.

10. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, bot protection, and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you and regulators as the law requires.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 (or under 16 where the law requires). If you believe a child gave us information, email us and we will delete it.

12. International users

We operate in the United States. If you use our services from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States.

13. Changes

We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be sent by email to account holders.
